Steve was born and raised in England until 1974 when the lure of travel, and then marriage brought him to North America!  Since that time he has led a colorful and interesting life in Texas, Colorado, Nova Scotia, New Mexico, and Nova Scotia (again!) He is an avid golfer, and the proud grandparent of two little ones who live in Dartmouth.

As a professional  Estate Agent and REALTOR®  for over twenty five years Steve has worked for several  “big box” (Prudential Real Estate,  Sotheby’s International Realty, Sutton Group,  &  Canada Trust) and “boutique”(People Realty, Red Door Realty locally) real estate companies in  both the United States & Canada.

Steve has managed large portfolio sales programs for banks (Colonial Savings & CIBC) and other large public institutions (CMHC) , as well as many, many, individual purchase and sale transactions in both countries!  He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to any individual residential real estate transaction, or large scale marketing program.

Steve currently holds Associate Broker’s licenses in Nova Scotia, Canada, & New Mexico, USA, as well as an ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation. Memberships include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Real Estate Association of New Mexico (RANM), and the Santa Fe Association of Realtors (SFAR) in the USA, and the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors (NSAR) in Canada.
