I am new to Active Rain and I'm looking forward to connecting with people and learning how this all works!  I live in Highland Beach, Florida - I think it's the best place in the world to live!!  It's a quiet 3 mile stretch along A1A, also known as Ocean Boulevard, which lies between the ocean and the intracoastal between Boca Raton and Delray Beach.  Some people prefer the ocean views from their condos, while others love the intracoastal - you can't lose!  We have the most beautiful palm trees of all kinds.  We have a new library, post office, police department and fire department complex.  The only commercial property is the Holiday Inn on the ocean with a fantastic restaurant - I recommend the Maine lobster salad, my favorite! 

I have experience with short sales and the short sale staff in my Re/Max office handles short sales professionally and expeditiously.  Do not shy away from short sales - the banks are getting better at processing them in a timely manner and I have had many customers get terrific deals by being patient with a short sale.  I also help owners sell their homes as a short sale when necessary and do my best to make the process as painless as possible for them.  While I focus on Highland Beach, I also work with buyers and sellers in the surrounding areas of Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach.
