When I have a property listed with me, I do a combination of the following:
I make sure all the information placed on the multiple listing service (MLS) is as detailed as possible and includes as many photos and virtual tours as possible in order to draw Internet-savvy customers to want to see the property in person. I place ads on other classified websites commonly used by individuals looking for property. I hold the occasional open house to provide opportunities for prospective buyers to see the home without having to schedule an appointment through me or another Realtor. This is promoted for days in advance through signage, postings on the MLS and other websites, and print ads in the local paper. I make sure your interests are protected and legal obligations are met so that the result is a successful closing by overseeing the details related to reaching that goal.Are you tired of buyers agents who care more about how much commission they're going to make than whether you find the property that's the best match for you?
Some agents are guilty of only showing properties to their clients that they know will get them the fatest check at the end of the process. Although I am licensed to represent buyers and sellers in any real estate transactions in Alabama, I live in and have my focus on the communities along the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. I am also very familiar with other parts of Baldwin County, having been born and raised in Foley, gone to college in Bay Minette, and am living and working on the Eastern Shore.
