I have been working in the mortgage industry for 15 years and have gone through all of the good times and bad times this industry has endured.  I understand mortgage guidelines and know when the customer will qualify for a loan and when they will not.  If the customer does not qualify at the time of initial application I know how to work with them to get them to the point where they will qualify. 

Many customers need credit repair to be able to qualify, and that is one of my specialties.  Some of these customers just need a few minor adjustments to be able to improve their credit score enough to qualify and some need major adjustments.  I work with them all to get their credit where it needs to be to qualify.  Once they are a customer of mine they are always a customer.  Just because someone does not qualify right now, does not mean they will never qualify. 

You can feel confident when you receive a pre-approval letter from me because I personally underwrite my applications before sending out the letter.  I have worked with underwriters directly my entire career and I know what they are looking for and I also know the guidelines of each of my lenders.  So when I send that letter out you can feel confident that the loan will close.

I work with a stable of 20 lenders.  These 20 lenders offer every possible mortgage product out on the market today.  Some lenders are strict with their underwriting guidelines and some are leanient.  I understand what type of loan and customer each of these lenders are looking for so when I take an application I know which lender is going to be able to offer the best loan product for each customer. 

Being a mortgage broker in todays market means you must have the knowledge to succeed.  Keeping up with what is going on in all financial markets is key to being successful.
