Not only do I list on two MLS's (VictorValley MLS) and the Inland Empire Association of Realtors MLS (IVAOR) but depending on the property, I may do a single property web site, virtual tour, just listed postcards and mailings, magazine ads, etc..Some properties need more marketing then others. I am also certified though the National Association of Realtors as an e-PRO, for Internet Professionalism. Other certifications include appraisal and property management.
