I consider myself fortunate because I facilitate home transactions for individuals and families in North County San Diego. In this turbulent real estate market, I have succeeded in helping more than fifty individuals, families and investors buy and sell real estate - with price points from $150,000 to well over $1 million. My 20+ years experience leading corporate marketing and sales functions in financial services and internet companies has been a real benefit for my real estate clients because I focus on the things that matter to get the deal done.
Within the real estate industry I belong to local and national Realtor organizations and I have earned two designations: CNS: Certified Negotiation Specialist and CHMS: Certified Home Marketing Specialist. I believe we never stop learning, so I routinely seek out continuing education courses and seminars to make me an even stronger Realtor.
