Get to know Harriet Robertson
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and my new office. I have been involved REO for over 29 years. In my previous office we managed a large number of bank-owned assets in the Brooklyn, New York area. Approximately ninety percent of my time was devoted solely to REO accounts over the last ten years.
Among the many institutions served during this period were: Fairbanks Capital Corp., Citicorp Mortgage, HSBC, Ocwen, National City, GMAC, Homecomings and Fidelity.
As a specialist, my services include all of the functions necessary to REO management: interior and exterior BPO's, pre-foreclosure analysis, ascertain occupancy status, cash for keys, to attend evictions, arrange for moving and locksmith services, secure vacant properties, co-ordinate cleanouts, grass cuts and winterizations, obtain repair bids and manage rehabs, presentation of offers and contract negotiation and finally, to list and sell your REO usually within 30 days or less. A full contact list can be provided upon request. My affiliations include the Brooklyn MLS Service, NAR, NRBA, NYSAR, NAREB, Buybankhomes.com, and REO.com. I am a full time licensed Broker since 1983, and implement various proactive marketing strategies to sell your property to include local newspapers, VLS, MLS, Office Website, Talkinghouse, as well as other innovative strategies to increase product visibility. My goal is provide the assistance needed to effectively market and manage your REO and foreclosure properties.

As a REO specialist, my jobs include, Driveby BPO's, cash for keyes, occupancy inspections, attending evictions, co-ordinating movers and locksmith services, arranging and supervising cleanouts, grass cuts, winterizations, obtaining bids and managing rehabs (when required).
