I grew up in Dallas, Texas. Graduated from Adamson High School in 1969 and attended Cedar Valley College. I married in Linda Sare in 1970 and we had 3 children: Dennie, Jamie and Ted. We moved here to Louisiana in 1981 and finally settled in Broodmoore where my children graduated from Captain Shreve High School. I now have 6 grandchildren that are 15, 13, 11, 10, 9, and 4 years old and their PaPaw loves them dearly.
I was active in the Boy Scouts of America for over 10 years, most of which time I served as Scoutmaster for Troop 12. I have also served in many leadership positions through the years at my church as counsoler, youth advisor and teacher.
I am very friendly, outgoing and have never met a stranger. I have long endurance and I stick to it until I get the job done.
In working with Buyers, I will:
Listen to you and keep you informed. Show you homes in your desired price range. Represent you in viewing homes, even those listed by other agencies. Explain reasons not to buy. Help you to answer questions about real estate. And, simplify the home buying process.
In working with Sellers I will Use the "Proactive Approach"
Show you how to enhance the appeal and value of your home. Determine the very best asking price to be ahead of the competition. Help you negoitiate the best price attainable. Qualify buyers before taking your home off the market. Prospect 30 hours a week and talk to at least 10 people a day looking for a buyer. And, provide frequent communication, just to name a few of my selling techniques.
