Todd is a native of Barrie and has been a member in good standing of the Barrie & District Real Estate Board for over 24 years.  He also is a member of the National Commercial Council.  As a member of the Royal LePage sales force, he has earned the coveted Chairman's Club Award which places him in the top 1% nationally of all sales representatives, and the Diamond Award which places him in the top 3% of all sales representatives across Canada.  He also received the Award of Excellence from Royal LePage. Todd has also worked extensively with several builders and developers, and in close association with surrounding Townships and the City of Barrie planning offices on numerous land assembly projects and new home developments/subdivisions. He has been consistently contracted by major lending institutions to market their power of sale properties including The Royal Bank of Canada, National Bank and Scotia Bank, to name a few. Lynn S. Guergis is a graduate of Carleton University with Honours B.A. in Political Science and History.  After a successful career in the banking industry, she decided to obtain her real estate license 13 years ago and work with her husband, Todd as his partner.  Lynn specializes in residential home and condo re-sales and particularly enjoys working with Buyers. Todd and Lynn also maintain a full-time assistant Valorie Cates, with over 28 years experience in the Real Estate Industry.  She provides clerical and marketing support and helps Todd & Lynn provide customer service excellence.
