Why the name "Point ONE Commercial Real Estate"?  The first bullet point in every presentation, or "Point ONE", should be:  "Treat your customer as you would want them to treat you."  The name "Point ONE" reminds us of that on a continual basis.Our promise to our customers:   We will treat all customers and prospects as we want to be treated. We will  promptly return all phone calls.  Too many in our business have forgotten to do this, we won't. We will not compete with our customers or have conflicts of interest.  For example, we will never develop or own property as that would compete with our customer.  Ethical practices comes first.  (Again, remember "Point ONE".) We will list our customer's properties with as many services as is practical. We now list with over 12 online sites. We will only  take on business where we  can add value.  That means we won't take all listings, or be able to help everyone who calls. What business we  take on will be treated very seriously.  Once we commit, we will perform. We continue to be the leader in commercial real estate, year after year.  We will go the extra mile to have a transaction and sale go smoothly.
