Greg Hunt is a native of Lonoke, AR and has a bachelor's degree from UCA in mass communications.  In 2001 Greg began his real estate career under the influence of his mentor and friend the late Lanny Grissom.  Since that time he has worked as a salesperson, associate broker, and now Principal Broker of Sandstone Real Estate Group.

After working briefly with a commercial real estate firm in Dallas, TX.  Greg and two other close friends & business partners began envisioning a real estate services company that could service Conway and surrounding areas.  In the spring of 2009 the doors of Sandstone Real Estate Group where open for business in historic downtown Conway on Front St.   

Greg has impacted real estate in Faulkner county in a variety of ways in being -the 1st African American Million Dollar producer in sales, the 1st African American to hold an executive office with the Faulkner County board of Realtors, and in 2008 served as the 1st African American President of the Faulkner County Board of Realtors. He is also one of the youngest state certified real estate instructors and teaches at National School of Real Estate in NLR. 

Hunt, serves on the Conway 2025 Vision and planning committee and was recently appointed by the Governor Mike Beebe and Speaker of the house Robbie Wills to be 1 of 6 members to serve on the Arkansas Minority Business Council.

Greg and his wife Kendra reside in Conway,AR and have 2 children: Caleb 3 and Hannah 1.
