Get to Know Miriam Quinones
One of the most fundamental statements I ever heard in my career as a Real Estate Consultant came from a friend of one of my dearest clients. I was attending their 20th wedding annyversary celebration at the Solana Beach Country Club on a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning years ago.
Their friend came to me and said " Oh, you are Miriam, I've heard so much about you !" I was surprised and smiled, and then she said " You have made such a difference in their lives!"
Whenever I look back in time, and think of all the people who have given me the opportunity to be their Realtor, I feel happy because I know that through my work and efforts, I was able to make a difference!
My career as a Certified Residential Specialist and Real Estate Consultant for the past 20 years has been a most incredible journey full of excitement, challenges, and rewards. My goal has always been to bring into my practice a very personal approach, to create that one on one connection with each client, an environment where they know they are being taken care of from start to finish, whether they are buying or selling a property. My clients are my extended family!
In a world where personalized, customer service seems to be vanishing, I've intentionally made it a prominent part of all I do. I hold a Bachellors Degree Cum Laude in Environmental Design, School of Architecture, University of Puerto Rico
Have been in Real Estate for over 20 years all in Residential Real Estate. Started my career with RE developers, marketing and selling new homes and have been in Residential Resales in San Diego County since 1990.
Hold the prestigious professional designations from the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS ) ( only 1% of Realtors nationwide ). I hold the prestigious CDPE designation ( Certified Distresed Property Expert ) from the DIP (Distressed Property Institute) the most prestigious educational and training organization in the field of Short Sales. CDPE's have formed an elite network of around 11, 000 top real estate agents nationwide extensively trained and certified to handle Short Sales.
Have been a member of the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and President's Clubs of companies I've worked with.
