Our 'Greater Seattle Homes' set of blogs and websites is designed to help people thinking about buying, selling or relocating in the Greater Seattle / Bellevue area by providing timely and accurate real estate market information. neighborhood information, and tips on interesting and worthwhile things to do and see in the area.  We regularly publish Reiling's Real Estate Market Reports, and periodically run a seminar called 'What's Really Going On In The Real Estate and Mortgage Markets', delivered to over 600 people in the past two years.

Our services fundamentally consist of Area Familiarization, Home Search, Negotiation and Purchase Services for Buyers, and Staging, Pricing, Marketing and Negotiating Services for Sellers.

Because we work primarily with relocation and referral clients, we specialize in wide-area knowledge of Seattle and Eastside neighborhoods, schools and commute patterns.  About 2/3 of our client activity is in the eastside areas of Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Sammamish, Newcastle and Renton Highlands, and about 1/3 of our client activity is in the central westside areas of Seattle, Belltown, Queen Anne, Magnolia, Green Lake, Montlake and Madison Park.
