Having begun my Career in 1989 with Coldwell Banker I was wonderfully trained from the beginning. In the early 1990's I along with my father and mother in law and brother in law opened our current office. The opportunity to learn from people who practiced Real Estate since the early 1970's was priceless. I have and continue to attend 80+ hours of Real Estate skill building activities yearly. I am licensed to Manage a Real Estate Office and Train Agents. I'm currently developing a Class to train Agents in the skill necessary to work with 1st Time Homebuyers. My favorite thing to do is work with !st Time Homebuyers. Beginning in 1997 I Administered both the Will County and Village of Bolingbrook Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Grant Programs. I helped over 225 Homebuyers receive the HUD Grant Funds to use for Downpayment. Those Programs have expired but I know of many other Programs and ways to assist Homebuyers in need of Downpayment or Closing Cost help anywhere in Illinois. I have also helped many People better their Credit in order to buy a house. I have also taught HUD Certified Homebuyer Education Classes (attended by over 1000 people) and worked as a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor.
