I have 3 yrs as a loan officer, I started in the residential market and graduated into the
Commercial lending market. I have recently moved up into the mega financing arena with
Milestone success. At present I have 7 deals in the pipeline worth approxiametly $200 million
and 5 real estate transactions totaling approx $100 million. Loans range from $2.4 million JV
on a restaurant chain , a major motion picture finance for $42 million , a resort purchase for
$75 million , a domestic construction project for $60 million and a Costa Rica project for $34
million.
