Personal
I was born in Western Romania and lived in Timisoara, a city at crossroads between Europe and Asia. There I graduate from a Technical Institute (Poly-Technical Institute 'Traian Vuia") with a degree in Industrial Construction. Until 1990 I have worked for Romanian state enterprises, then I moved to Germany where I worked with an Environmental and Architectural company – IngenieurBuro Fritz GmBH., Bad Urach
Since 1993 I am living in US, first in Chicago where I have started my real estate career. Inittially I have worked for a company that was selling time-sharing. That was a very interesting experience, and I learn many things about selling, and about time-sharing business.
In 1998 we have moved to Phoenix, AZ, and again I started in real estate, this time doing the "real" thing: selling real estate. After few years working for big real estate companies, like Remax, Century 21 and 1st USA, in January of 2003 we started our own real estate company.
At this time Nord Realty operates in Metroplex: Dallas and surrounding area, but mostly north of Dallas.
Nord Realty provides residential real estate services in all price ranges of new and resale properties in Dallas - Ft. Worth.
We are an elite, cohesive cooperative team of full-time professionals who utilize a marketing approach to create and implement our many innovative programs and procedures, we create strong, profitable long-term referral businesses.
