Nikole McClanahan

Licensed in 1989 in Tucson Arizona, I began my Real Estate Career as an on-site agent with new residential developments. In 1995 I moved back to North Carolina, which is where I from. 

Greensboro is a wonderful town with great parks, schools, and people. We are close to the mountains and ocean and have some terrific recreational lakes nearby. I love introducing new homeowners to all the town has to offer. 

My experience in having worked with Builders, New construction, Relocation Companies, and Hundreds of Home Sales is a powerful tool for any Buyer or Seller. I strive to make each transaction as stress-free as possible and to anticipate problems before they can occur. 

I have been recognized by Remax International with the Hall of Fame Award in Sales, and the Top Ranking Platinum Club and am consistently a top producer. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Management and have been received the Certified New Home Sales Professional- CSP and Certified Residential Specialist-CRS  Designations. Just 5% of all Realtors in the US have this CRS Designation.
