I am a native of Vermont and have been a real estate and estate planning paralegal in Brevard County, Florida, since 1977. I received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in Legal Studies and hold two national certifications - one as a Certified Paralegal (CP) and the other as an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP), specializing in Real Property Law. As a former President of both the Brevard Paralegal Association and the Paralegal Association of Florida, and as an active member of the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the Beeliner's Chapter of Business Networking International, I have a vast county and statewide network of professional resources from which to draw. I am also a Florida-licensed title agent, a Florida Registered Paralegal, and the General Manager of Glow Title & Escrow.
Our closing coordinators all have at least 25 years closing experience. Over the last couple of years, we have become very experienced in handling short sale closings. In fact, we have a package we offer to real estate agents to potentially help them streamline the short sale process. Our company is one of the last title agencies in the County to handle mobile home closings. Our two offices are in very convenient locations; however, we are willing to travel to other locations if it's more convenient for the parties involved.
