Get to Know GLENN LEACH

Born and raised in Tacoma, WA (Mt. Tahoma T-Birds!).  Married to my dream girl for 30+ years.  3 amazing kids.  Music is a big part of my life.  Went to college to be an opera singer, but even though the singing career didn't work out at least my piano player agreed to marry me and she's "accompanied" me ever since.  All 3 kids are extremely talented musicians themselves.

Earned my BA in Business from WSU and later my Teaching Certificate from PLU (History, Social Studies, Economics, English, Language Arts, & Drama).  I love the lessons of history and incorporate many historical motivational stories in my marketing.

I spent almost 7 years as the head training manager and store manager at Sleep Country USA.  Learned a lot about marketing and customer service from Sunny Kobe Cook.  Been doing mortgages for 12+ years now and I love it!  I spend a great deal of my time now giving back to my community.  Volunteering as an educator for various Housing Authorities and other low-income assistance agencies provides a sense of pride as I offer a "hand-up" to those in need.

Top 10 in the State of Washington (#1 in Pierce County) for down payment assistance loans since 2010.

Certifications

Cut my teeth starting with first time home buyers and credit challenged clients.  I love helping people improve their lives by teaching them the secrets of credit improvement and money management.

With this background (being able to understand and quickly improve a credit score), it makes all other loans relatively simple.  I am equally at ease working with first timers with poor credit as I am working with A+ credit jumbo loans.  Getting loans done allows me to build relationships with clients, and I take these relationships seriously.

Awards

Earned Washington State Housing Finance Commissions "Premier Partner" designation (Awarded to Top 10 loan originators of down payment assistances loans in Washington) every year since 2010.
