Get to Know Glenn Richardson
Sunrise Lawn and Landscaping has been serving Northern Virginia for more than 30 years. I, personally have been in the green business since 1971. I grew up in the greenhouse business, rebelled, got a BFA in sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University, grad studies in Fine Art at Rutgers, grad studies in Environmental Design at UGA and lots of hands on experience in between and since.
I've developed my sensibilities and preferences over the years as well as I've also seen fads in landscapes come and go. Remember landscapes dominated by azaleas or by junipers? Remember terrariums, air plants and macrame plant hangers?
Things come and go, but landscapes that are well designed always maintain or increase in value.
