Born and raised in Brooklyn, Joann attended Pace University, NYC where she majored in Communications. In addition Joann attended The College of Insurance where she completed coursework in contract law, and several property and casualty courses. After 15 years in a NYC office, and many years of working for her family of builders and multi family apartment managers, Joann has the knowledge needed to succeed and is an advocate for her customers. Joann promptly addresses her customers' concerns and keeps lines of communication open with home buyers and sellers. She prides herself on her excellent rapport with other brokers and agents in the industry, a benefit to both buyers and sellers.
