| My wife and I refinanced our home mortgage with Gil twice, and also took out and then later refinanced a home equity loan for home improvements, again with Gil's help. Working with Gil is a real pleasure. He's such an expert in finance that the results always exceeded my expectations. And he's a genuinely nice fellow. But his integrity shines above all else. Through the borrowing craze and then the collapse of the credit bubble, not one of the loans that Gil had arranged was foreclosed.
