We are the only firm that offers FULL DISCLOSURE of all buyer inquiries on your home. We provide access to market data that many real estate companies DO NOT want you to have. We charge a fee (3%) that is representative of the TRUE cost to market and manage a home sale. We fully cooperate with buyer agents. We PRESERVE THE EQUITY typically lost to excessive transaction costs.

Grant moved to Southern California in 2003 to pursue a career in Real Estate. He joined the Keller Williams Marina/LA office in 2004 and quickly learned the business. His desire to bring quality service to his clientele through honesty and a professional business manner led him to Catalist Homes. Grant recognized how the Catalist Homes unique business model would revolutionize the real estate brokerage industry and joined the Company in 2005 to open the new Westside office. Grant is enthusiastic about offering the Westside sellers first rate customer service, an individualistic cutting edge marketing package and a fair commission cost.
