Georgia Emmett-Hudleston is a native of Southern California. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Master’s Degree from Whittier College.

After college, Georgia entered the field of public accounting where she was responsible for corporate and personal tax returns as well as auditing corporations and tax planning. After moving to Texas, Georgia obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License and also became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. She was Broker/Owner of Rainbow Diversified Properties. She has been a Florida Realtor for the past several years and is affiliated with Xcellence Realty.

Georgia is familiar with all phases of real estate: home ownership, condominiums, commercial properties, investments, 1031 exchanges and estate property dispositions. She has recently completed specialized training in Negotiations and Home-Staging.

Georgia and her husband, Geoffrey Hudleston attend church regularly and are avid ballroom dancers and dance teachers.

Georgia is a member of National Association of Realtors, Pensacola MLS, Civil Airs Ballroom Dance Club, Rhythm Lovers Dance Club, Gulf Coast Friends, Newcomers of Pensacola, Maids of Myrth, and Les Gals.
