As a REALTOR® with the GRI designation I have taken an additional 100 hours of comprehensive education and passed subject exams over and above what an average licensee takes. My training includes foreclosure and short sales plus 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges for today's market.
As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist I have the unique ability to position your property to compete for sale and obtain market price within market time. Almost 75% of a buyer's first impressions of the homes' interior are controllable and I educate my sellers how they can make the best impression using staging and "upstaging."

Arizona is a diverse state that my children and I enjoy exploring as often as possible. Springtime hikes in the desert, summers splashing in the pool and local waterparks, to snowboarding and skiing just a couple of hours away during our beautiful and mild winters.
