Buyers and sellers love to work with me because I listen and tune into what they are looking for and want.  I show folks (buyers)what they want to see, where they want to be (when possible).  I take note of what is most important to sellers when listing their home, I come out and ask them, and that helps me position their home properly to get it sold.
