Terrabella Realty recognizes real estate professionals as the indispensable foundation of our company and its philosophy. As such, Terrabella Realty recognizes the value in giving productive associates more freedom to conduct their personal real estate transactions.
Terrabella allows associates to take up to 100% of the commission on the purchase and/or sale of their primary residence and up to 90% of the commission on the purchase and/or sale of any personal investment properties, as long as the associate has reached a company share level of $25,000.* These higher splits are available no matter what compensation plan an associate chooses or how long they've been with the company. This financial edge is simply Terrabella's way of saying, "Thank you."
