All real estate agents are not the same.  You've noticed that.  I've certainly experienced it myself as a home buyer and seller before I ever became a Realtor myself.   It's great when you can find a knowledgeable one that you can easily work with, one that you've had a great experience with! 

     So what makes me different?  How will you know if I'm the right one for you when you need a Realtor in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Placitas or East Mountain areas in New Mexico?  First and foremost, I'm a Professional who handles her business with the utmost of ethics and integrity, and have invested a serious commitment into ongoing education, having earned several of the top Real Estate designations in the business, most notably, the Certified Residential Specialist designation earned by the NAR.    It's important to me to stay abreast of the ever-changing dynamics of the home buying/selling process, and to use that education to help my clients avoid the many serious pitfalls in a transaction or investment.   I take on each person and sale process very seriously.   In my marketing and transactions I become my clients' "expert negotiator", and handler of all the transactional details from the beginning to the closing celebration and beyond!   And, we're going to have some fun along the way!

     As a friendly person, a listener, one who loves and knows Albuquerque well, and is passionate about what I do for a living, it's more than just another transaction or sale.  For me, it's getting to know my customers and really hearing "What's important to them" in their goal of either buying or selling.   I have a knack for making a customer feel comfortable and "at ease" when they're with me.  That's because I really do listen and find common ground for an easy transition into becoming their trusted real estate advisor and friend.  I take effective notes in my initial consultation, and ask them thought provoking questions to help them get deeper into where they are headed in achieving their real estate goals.  It's a fun process that helps me to hone in on a tailor-made plan to effectively help them on their terms and in their time frame.    All this with one goal in mind, to see my clients become "raving fans" that are so pleased with my service that they'd gladly refer me to their friends and family.
