My investor partner and I are interested in anything from SFR flips to commercial to land opportunities.  We are well connected to a variety of other investors & funders (large and small) so if the deal doesn't work for us we can usually find someone who can make the deal happen.

I am a native San Diegan and love my hometown!  My personal interests include riding horses, golf, sports, hiking and basically doing anything outdoors and animals.  I have a great deal of knowledge of ranch and golf properties.
