My total experience in real estate has been extensive, from lending to sales, investors  as well as homeowners and homebuyers.  I feel I bring to the table a depth of knowledge and experience many others cannot match.  As a realtor, my job is to get you to the settlement table as a happy client, this covers a wide range of events, activities  and skills that must be managed successfully.   A Realtor  must be able to negotiate, solve problems, gather information,communicate well, listen and understand their clients needs wants and desires.  Additionally, as your agent I must give you as much info as possible so that you can make informed decisions, convey and clarify your responsibilities as a buyer or seller, manage timelines and deadlines so that obligations are met and do it all in a away that minimizes stress and hopefully creates a wonderful experience.   Being a Realtor is a wonderful opportunity to share in a life event and help make it a dream come true.
