I am a native of Colorado, born and raised in Pueblo. I graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Geophysical Engineering in 1996, and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001.

I have been involved in real estate for over 10 years now, working primarily on the finance/commercial real estate side, as well as one year completing residential appraisals in Colorado. Working as a licensed Colorado realtor on commercial transactions, I have closed approximately 25 transactions over the last four years in excess of $1,000,000 per transaction.

I started CMarie Property Services in 2009, focused solely on residential real estate. Advocacy and strong client representation were always a big part of my commercial transactions. I firmly believe there is a need for strong client representation on the residential side, especially given the current market, and felt the timing was perfect to go out on my own. I would be happy to talk to you about my previous experiences, and why I feel so strongly about advocating for my clients.
