Buyers who want to customize a home with personal selections in colors and other finishes can work directly with our regular vendors to select the granite, tile, carpet, lighting and everything else for their new home.

We offer a full one year builder warranty on the home you buy, as well as a ten year warranty on the structural elements.  You are covered for any failure in the workmanship or materials in your home for the first year of ownership.
