| I found the Hoyt Group from the umbrella of endorsed local providers sponsered by Dave Ramsey. Forth Hoyt contacted me before I was through filling out the Ramsey website questionair. When I met Forth, He was punctual and presented himself professionally. The Hoyt Group was a beehive of activity after signing. There were pictures ordered and the listing showed up on the MLS very quickly. Also an escrow was opened by them after consulting with me. Several open houses were held by the Hoyt Group. | I found out about the Hoyt Group because I played poker with one of the Realtor’s husbands. I decided to do a short sale and I am so glad I decided to work with them. They did an excellent job! Usually with Realtors it is all business but the Hoyt Group actually acted like they actually cared. They helped me out a lot and I couldn’t have done it without them. They exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. My ex-wife was in breach of contract and they were able to handle it very well. They’re trustworthy and they were just exceptional! They were on top of everything and if I ever had a problem, all I had to do was talk to them and they’d take care of it. |

| We worked with Forth and his team at both ends. First he helped us sell our home and then he helped us find another home. Forth and his team were with us throughout the selling and buying process. They helped us market our home for top dollar and then when we were looking for our next home they negotiated a great deal. | What initially impressed me about Forth was his immediate response when I started looking at homes. Once we started talking I could really see that he has a passion for what he does and a commitment to his clients. When I decided to sell my house I immediately thought of him. He helped to price my house just right for the market conditions and I was able to go from listing to a completed sale in less than 4 weeks. I had multiple offers above asking price within a few days of listing. With Forth you also get a whole team that works with him covering everything from financing to photography. There is always someone available to answer questions and they are all friendly and proffessional. I will definately use the Hoyt group again next time I buy or sell a house in this area!
