As a real estate professional, I believe my number one obligation to my clients is to stay well educated on changes in  the Southern California market.  When I'm not out showing property or managing my listings, I take advantage of every educational opportunity possible.  In 2006 I earned my Certified Sales Professional designation from the NAHB and am currently working towards my MIRM .  As an active member of the BIA (Building Industry Association) and the SMC (sales and marketing counsel, I sit on the 2009 board of directors and stay very well connected to industry changes and events.  Whether I am representing the buyer, the seller, or both in a given transaction, I pride myself on being in the know, so as to best service my clients.  Since 2006 when the market began to change I have successfully closed over 100 real estate transactions.
