Bob and Sharon Kirkland are a husband and wife team. Together they opened the Illustrate Properties office in Delray Beach in 2004. Sharon is a Lifetime Memeber of the NAR Million Dollar Club and has been in the business for thirty -five years. Bob joined Sharon at Weichert Realtors in McLean , VA in 1996 where they together achieved outstanding sales recognition. The Kirkland Team relocated to southeast Florida in 2003. Sharon and Bob reside in Point Manalapan. Their primary area of coverage is from Boca Raton in the south to West Palm Beach in mid Palm Beach County. They specialize in intracoastal waterfront properties. Prior to relocating to Florida, the Kirlands lived in St. Louis, MO, London , England, and McLean , VA.
