Many people have pets and call because of my best-friend Bella who is in the picture with me. I am an extremely pet-friendly REALTOR (R) and will work extra hard to find you a pet-friendly home for you and your best-friend(s). This can be a challenge because of some of the condo and homeowner's association's rules.
I am very familiar with the North Broward and South Palm Beach areas, and work as far noth as Port St. Lucie on an as needed basis.
There are currently a lot of incentives being offered by builder's. I regularly receive information from developer's encouraging me to bring my buyers into their developments. Keep in mind that builder's and developer's will charge you the same amount for the purchase of the home whether you use an agent or not, my fee is paid to me by the seller. There is no cost to you as a buyer to use an agent to help you purchase your new home.
