As a graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Communication and as a native Floridian, I know Orlando!  I have been in the real estate industry since 1992 and have explored many different fields of this great industry.  What a great journey from starting out as a greeter for a national home builder to contract coordinator, to custom home liason, and finally to sales!  I spent most of my career working for local home builders and helping many people live the dream of a lifetime to actually witness their thoughts and dreams evolve from paper to reality.  Building a home can be a stressful process.  I tried to make sure that it wasn't as painful as it felt.  Being with customers for eight months and overseeing the building process it hard work.  It was the most gratifying.  I left new home sales in 2002 and joined general real estate to have a more flexible schedule and a more rounded life other than just work.  I still have my extensive contruction knowledge, long lasting relationships with past clients, and still love real estate.  Each transaction is different and I learn something new each time.  Never a dull moment.  Customer satifaction is key!  I have earned the Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction by Orlando Homebuyer Magazine nominated by past customers for 2007,2009,2010,2012, and 2013.
