After the excitement of buying my first home,I could think of nothing more rewarding than to help others experience that elated feeling too. So, after years as a restaurant manager, I took the plunge into Real Estate. Given all those years in the restaurant business, I have a strong commitment to customer service and a keen attention to detail, both of which are key elements for a successful Real Estate career. Whether working with buyers or sellers, my goal is to facilitate a successful,low stress transaction, where everyone walks out of settlement happy.
Although I am equally as diligant working with buyers and sellers, my passion is for first-time home buyers. What a thrill it is to buy your first home, but it is also very scary and confusing. I try to take that worry away. Although I'm not a finance officer, I am well aware of first-time buyer assistance programs, and other resources that can help make homeownership possible. For those who prefer to rent, I am a Certified Leasing Agent, as well (sometimes the prospective renters just don't realize that they have the ability to buy).
