Get to Know Noreen Fennell
I am an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, specializing in the Hudson Valley: Orange, Rockland Counties and Sullivan Counties. I hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and am also certified as an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and have taken additional courses in such areas as home staging and using technology to market homes In addition to my real estate credentials, I have an MBA in Finance, and a BA in Communication Arts and Marketing. Prior to my real estate career I was President of Xicom, Inc. a major business publisher, and founder of E Pluribus Maximus, a publishing firm specializing in management and organizational development. I also am active in the community, and am immediate Past Chair and current member of the Board of Trustees of the Orange County Citizens Foundation and a Trustee of the Tuxedo Park Library. I am a graduate and former Trustee of Leadership Orange, and Past President and Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Orange County, NY. I have been a resident of Tuxedo, NY for the past 25 years.

I specialize in all types of residential real estate in the lower Hudson Valley, concentrating in Orange, Rockland and Sullivan Counties. My listings reflect the variety of residential properties that are available in our beautiful region, from starter homes, to fine homes and estates and second home properties. I am certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and I represent both buyers and sellers.
