Accessible, intelligent and hard working, there is nothing Felicia likes better than a challenge. She is known for her sense of humor and easy way with people, which can come in very handy when negotiating an offer.
In addition to her real estate career, Felicia is an active volunteer in her community. She has served as a director on the boards of the Friends of Book Hill Park in Georgetown, the Georgetown Business Association and the Georgetown Ministry Center. She also serves on the Trees for Georgetown committee, further endorsing her commitment to the preservation and conservation of Georgetown, and chaired the 2008 Greens Sales at Saint John's Church, Georgetown.
A percentage of all profits are returned to her community.
Felicia's family has been in New York, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware since the 17th century. She is a member of the Holland Dames, National Society of Colonial Dames of America and Daughters of the American Revolution.
