I don’t know about you, but I have never read a single company Mission Statement that didn’t espouse quality products, excellent service, and claims of being “the best”!

Let’s face it … by definition, everyone can’t be the best!

A Mission Statement is supposed to represent a company’s reason for existence and should address concepts such as the moral and ethical position of the organization. It should also be the first consideration of any employee or client making a decision to work with that company.As a Christian business, Palm Beach Brokers Group, Inc. and our agents are called to a higher standard. We can’t just claim quality and not embody it. Therefore, the term “Christian” categorically exemplifies behavior held to the highest moral and ethical standards. I cannot think of another word that is truly synonymous with “Christian”. It depicts the single highest standard.Even a non-Christian can relate.At PB Brokers we strive to uphold the highest levels of integrity both inside and outside of the work place. We strive to always speak the truth and only make promises that we are willing and able to keep. We are called to empower our clients so they can make informed and sometimes difficult decisions with grace and ease. We are guided to let our “Yes be Yes” and our “No be No”. Basically, it’s “Win Win” or there is No Deal. Our integrity is at stake, and this is a reflection of more than just our business, it’s a reflection of our God.Just as Christ taught us to love one another, we place our highest value in expressing love and compassion toward our customers, our agents, and our colleagues. Why? Because in the end, whether it’s in our Mission Statement or not, as a Christian business, we are called to glorify God in all that we do.
