Hi, thanks for stopping by my profile! My name is Farzi, and I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and love every day of it. Call me today for more information about helping you find your dream home. After relocating from England to attend Northeastern University, I received a B.S. degree in Engineering. Upon graduation, I worked as an IT consultant for such ... Fortune 500 companies as Fidelity Investments and Blue Cross Blue Shield; working in a broad range of environments I focused on market and competitive analysis as well as negotiating complex deals. Coupled with a diversified career in IT, I also worked in retail. I began my sales career working in a variety of boutiques along Boston's Newbury Street and with famed retailor Neiman Marcus. At Neiman Marcus I was the top grossing salesperson for eight consecutive years, showing an increase in sales of 150%. Although I found the IT arena challenging, as a mother and wife I wanted to make an investment in my family's future as well as our community. I felt that being a broker would allow me to utilize my knowledge of sales and the Boston landscape, and my energy to help my clients purchase their first home or sell their existing property. Having the opportunity to live and work amoung a variety of cultures has given me a multi-cultural and bi-lingual background. | We decided to downsize from a four bedroom and bath to something allot smaller. Farzi met with us many times and really wanted to have a good understanding of our needs. She gave us many options to choose from and really was keyed in regarding price, and location. She always made herself accessible for us. Her friendly manner, no request was burdensome or a bother. We feel that we have made a friend and have no hesitation in recommending her as your broker of choice. |

| I was living in England for many years before deciding to re-locate to the Boston area to live for the first time with my girlfriend. I was recommended Farzi through a friend of a friend and was extremely impressed by the service she offered me. When I started I had no idea which area I wanted to live in or if I wanted to buy or rent. Farzi quickly understood my requirements and recommended for the time being that I rented - now I know it was a very good decision. Farzi found some superb properties for us to rent and helped with wider questions about re-locating that we had. We are now in a beautiful house in Natick and at some stage will go back to her when we decide to buy. |

| The American dream… how many times have you heard that expression? Without a doubt, many times, maybe we have pronounced it ourselves. Buying a home is part of that dream. When you're a first time home buyer, like me, many emotions come with that dream. But all those emotions can disappear if you get the right person to help you through the process to see your dream come true! | We have worked with Farzi for 2-3 years now. Initially we were looking for a bigger house in the Natick area only, and knew exactly what we wanted which can be good and then not so good!! But Farzi has been very patient and not pushy at all. She is very professional and has spent quite a bit of her time to find us a home. We have not been very successful yet but that has nothing to do with Farzi but to what our requirements and budget are! Even though she has spent so much time with us, she made us feel like important customer and continued to show us homes and has not given up on us!!... not sure if any other realtor would have. In the meantime though, she showed us investment properties and we actually ended up buying a multiple family house and we couldn’t be more happier about it. I know we will continue to work with her for all our real estate needs. |

| When my husband Tom and I started to work with Farzi, we were interested in a summer rental property. I wanted to make an investment choice that would offer a stream of rental income, yet offer my family a place to vacation as well. Farzi asked many questions to fully understand our taste, goals, locations, budget etc. Based on the criteria that I gave her, Farzi was able to instantly set up various appointments with properties that she new I would be interested in. Farzi was so easy to work with. She took my husband and I to several towns on the upper Cape. While visiting the Cape, my husband and I realized that the long distant investment may have indeed been a little more than what was feasible for our lifestyle. Farzi was able to redirect our thinking to something that was more local to were we lived. She was amazing. As it turned out, a 2-family home with very good rental property potential opened up in our very neighborhood. Farzi advised us on choosing a good home inspector, shopping for the best mortgage, and finding a lawyer that was knowledgeable in real estate law. Farzi's keen negotiating skills worked to our advantage. In the end we were able to take off and additional$15,000 off the price that we had offered!!! We closed on our property in July, and with a few minor updates we were ready to have our rental properties ready for the September 1st market. Wouldn't you know it, Farzi was able to have both properties rented for us almost immediately to very desirable tenants. We couldn't have done it without her.
