As a California native I take great pride in the state I live in and my community. It truly and honestly brings me joy knowing that in choosing a Real Estate career, I get the chance to help make peoples' dreams come true; and for some, opening financial gateways.

            Prior to starting my Real Estate Career, I was a Union Carpenter/Lather for 10 years.  From the start of my career I focused on being a hard working, diligent and trustworthy person.  In the construction field I saw people buying fixer uppers and quickly converting those properties into cash flow. This lead to my interest in studying Real Estate. Realizing that I excelled at multitasking, had good communication and people skills and was a very detailed person - Real Estate was just the right fit for my personality and my future goals.

            In early 2004 I obtained my Real Estate License and joined Keller Williams Realty. Having the resource of a team to work with ensures quality service and a win-win experience for my clients every time.  I am dedicated 100% to my client's satisfaction.  I believe open communication with my clients is vital to a successful working relationship.  This communication ensures a smooth transition for my clients into the next phase of their lives. 

            My first few years in the business have been great.  I have formed many relationships and helped many families find their dream homes.  In 2004 I became a member of The Greater Concord Chambers to stay active in my community. In late 2005, I received the Rookie of the Year award from Keller Williams Realty.  This award symbolized top sales and top community activity.  I hang this award proudly in my office and strive be successful and live life to it's fullest.

I specialize in Residential Real Estate working as a Buyers Agent for a year and a half and moved on to Listing Homes and working with Buyers as my business expanded. Now with this ever changing market for the last year and a half I have been specializing in REO Listings and Buying. I am very familiar with what it takes to get an offer with an REO accepted and presented in a way the Asset Companies like to see, since listing homes with them gives me the chance to see how they think and why they work the way they do. I am very familiar with the local market trends as I have done a massive amount of BPOS, many successful cash for keys and have had a fair share of REO listings along with regular residential sales with a 94% close ratio.

I have been a Contra Costa Realtor since 2004 & have had the pleasure to work with so many great clients & families. I specialize in residential property sales, short sales, and bank owned home sales.
