Steve has a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Colorado, is one of only 3% of the Realtors nationally to hold the Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB) designation in addition to having earned the Certified Residential Specilists (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (Designations). Steve recently recieved the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation - less than 2,000 agents in the US hold this designation. Active in his Realtors Association he was recognized as both Realtor of the Year and Life Time Achivement Award winner for the organization. He served as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors for over 18 years and twice recieved the Political Service Award for his contributions to the preservation of private property rights in Colorado.
