Jemila started her career 11 years ago as a Real Estate investor while working as an Information Technology Project Manager for major corporations as AON, Waste Management and JP Morgan Chase. In this role she assisted in project budgeting, anticipating costs overruns, project timelines, application design and implementations. As a Real Estate investor she gained an abundant experience in real estate negotiations, techniques and strategies.

Jemila's love for the real estate business caused her to pursue it as a full time career in June 2005, when she received her license. She became a broker in 2007. In addition, she completed her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as an accreditation as a Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) in Luxury Homes and New Construction Sales.

Jemila currently holds her BA in Computer Information Systems and Accounting. She infuses her technology skills in marketing her clients' properties.

Jemila strives to continually provide exceptional service to her clients by guaranteeing that that they receive the most amount of money for their properties and save at least 10-15% on the purchase of their new homes.

Jemila is currently a member of the local and state chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Jemila's client base includes new and seasoned home owners, buyers, investors, builders, investment clubs and community development firms. She is also a member of the Texas and Houston Real Estate Association.
