Shanna Ponce
Living her motto of “Creating relationships for life,” Shanna is dedicated to bringing customer service back to her industry and is doing so one transaction at a time. Shanna began her real estate career in real estate law and later in title work. In 2006 she found her calling as a realtor.
While temporarily working in Arizona, she sold both single family dwellings and apartments to investors from Southern California. Shanna found she loved working with investors - creative deals and closing the “impossible transactions” motivate and fulfill her creative nature. In 2007, she returned to Sonoma County where she joined Remax Central Santa Rosa.
In 2009, she had the privilege and opportunity to join Keller Williams Realty. When Shanna is not helping others attaining their goals, she is spending quality time with her supportive husband and their four kids. Shanna feels extremely blessed and believes that the most important thing to remember in life is that it’s all about the lives that you touch along the way.

Karen Roberts A native Texan, Karen came to California in 1983 after a tour of duty in the Navy and knew she had found “home”. For over 5 years, she has been a real estate investor and entrepreneur in Northern California’s residential real estate market, developing significant alliances throughout the Bay Area.
Karen’s expertise extends far beyond that of a Realtor. Successful at buying and selling her own investment properties, she provides valuable market insight to a wide range of customers and is committed to providing excellent service. Throughout her career she has built strong relationships and has been recognized as a dependable and knowledgeable advocate for her clients and investors.
Experienced in real estate and marketing, Karen is equipped with the unique ability to fully understand the needs of her client's and investors' and has demonstrated proven ability to successfully navigate fluctuations in the market, and negotiate complicated deals.
