John has over 13 years appraising in South Florida.  He has been a certified appraiser since 2003 and involved in residential sales since 1999.  He is currently involved in managing over 3.4 million residential properties in Southern Florida through a database of geo-scored homes. He is also involved as a subject matter expert (SME) in development of the next generation appraisal software.  He manages the Southern Florida Region with over 15 appraisers.  He continues to promote the use of evaluations, gap appraisal products for lenders as a business development leader in the industry. John holds a MBA degree from Embry Riddle and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Active Runner and Skier.
