These are a few elements of my marketing plan. After viewing your home, I will complete a detailed written marketing plan. My job is to highlight and expose your home's best features. Buying a home is an emotional experience. It is a visual experience. I present a strong image by only using color in my marketing materials. When we meet I will bring some samples.
The second aspect to marketing homes is the ability to accurately position your home in today's marketplace. In other words provide accurate market pricing so that the home is being exposed to the right buyer. This comes in the form of communication to you, the seller.
