Erick is a real estate professional for both the traditional and auction side of the company. Specializing in first time homebuyers, he is constantly learning about real estate through his hands on approach to the industry.  He believes that you can't just tell people about honesty, integrity and commitment...you have to show them!  From residential and auction properties to commercial investments, Erick has been working to become a fundamental ingredient in the relationship Alliance maintains with its clients by demonstrating knowledge and dedication through the workings of a completely integrated, full service company.

Erick is a 2002 graduate of Buffalo High School, a 2006 graduate of St. Johns University and a lifelong learner in the field of real estate. As a young man, Erick had many summer jobs and internships in the fields of real estate sales, leasing, and development; not to mention constant lessons from his father, a real estate attorney in the area, in both real estate investment and regulation. Erick started his career in real estate learning about the auction method of marketing and selling property. When Erick joined Alliance, he quickly grasped the auction concept of progressive thinking and has since successfully managed to engage in both traditional and auction sales. Erick believes that there is no one way in approaching real estate, but numerous ways to encounter each situation which will dictate success; it is a combination of this knowledge and specific business and strategic skills that has helped with his success.
