A short sale is when a homeowner is in financial distress and I help the owners sell their home by negotiating with their lender to take less than the payoff amount as payment in Full on their mortgage. As a Seller , you have to be very upfront with me and call me as soon as possible!!! Time is of the essence!

I also love working with Buyers. For Buyers , the most important thing you can do is get prequalified with a lender for a mortgage. There are plenty of homes to choose from, but mortages are getting harder to qualify for. Once you know what you can afford and are ready to buy, call me!!! I am always here to help!
